Heard good things about this line and it's products, including this face cleanser. I went ahead and gave it a try and was not impressed in the least. It irritated my skin, immediately upon first use. I had to hurry and wash the little amount of product I applied to my face as it was felt like my face was on FIRE! YIKES! Gentle it was NOT! Obviously this is not for everyone as we all experience differing results. I will not purchase this cleanser again.

My skin has been sooo dry this winter. To the point of any powder on my cheeks burning (even blush). I needed a super gentle cleanser that was not going to strip *at all* but wouldn't break me out. I admit, I was a little freaked out by the creamy consistency of this cleanser. It's almost like a moisturizer. But it really did get my face clean. I bought toner to go with it just in case, but found that the cotton ball came away clean after just using this. Like ALL cleansers I've tried, this left mascara on my eyes but other than that, I'd say this is perfect, at least as a winter cleanser.

I am really disappointed that I threw out my receipt for this; I was too trusting. This might be fine if your skin is dry and you don't have to remove makeup. This cleanser really felt nice but did not remove my makeup. I tried it a second time doing three washes and still wiped makeup off onto my towel. There was so much makeup left on the pad after I wiped with toner that I felt better just rewashing with another cleanser. The bottle even claims that it removes makeup easily. Not true for me wearing MAC SF or Lancome Adaptive. Disappointing.

My skin, which used to be oily/acne prone- is More combo/DRY in the last couple of years- I picked this up a few weeks ago, desperate to find a Great cleanser for DRY skin- this is EXCELLENT- I Use 1-2 pump(s), massage for a minute or so, and rinse- Afterwards, my face really feels cleansed & moisturized- great price, ingredients & Gets the job done, Oh it smells really nice also- Definate RE-purchase continued >>

smells great, gentle and effective. no break outs on my slightly dry winter skin. I would definately rebuy! Great deal!

This is a very gentle cleanser that removes all face makeup. Leaves the skin velvety and not at all stripped. However, I took off one lipstick because I wanted it to remove my Loreal mascara primer with Voluminous mixture on my lashes- am I asking for too much? All in all I would buy this again, just because I cleanser midday when I get home and this leaves my skin feeling very nice.

I love this. After using some SLS free cleanser, I found I couldn't go back. This product cleanses very well, removes makeup and leave skin clean but not stripped of oils. Loving it! And BF loves it too. I think the jojoba oil makes the difference. See also the review for the clarifying scrub. In tandem, my skin looks terrific.

It is SO hard for me to find cleansers I like. My skin is not generally dry but it gets dried out very easily by most cleansers. I have tried many low-end cleansers. So far, this is the best. About $8 for a 6 oz pump bottle . Delicate fragrance, very gentle on the skin -- I'm really enjoying this! The true test will come this winter when my skin is dry -- will it still keep my skin soft?
UPDATED 9/11/03: I am still loving this cleanser. I don't need very much and I actually don't even need moisturizer after I use it! (That will be a true winter-test...) My skin is still soft and I haven't had any breakouts -- in fact, I don't know whether to attribute my lovely skin to this cleanser or to going back on BCPs. ;-)
My skin feels really nice and soft since using this. I was using Topix Resurfix Ultra Gentle Cleanser for several months before this, and though I still like it, this is even better.
